Description:
Build strength and cardio endurance in this high intensity indoor cycling class! Spinning is a challenging workout that is suitable for all levels of fitness because YOU are in control of your bike! You are able to challenge yourself while working at your own pace. Each class/ride simulates an outdoor bike ride with flats and hills. Class concludes with a cool down and stretching.
