Yoga is for every body! Relax your mind and body while building flexibility, balance and strength. This yoga class includes floor to standing postures, linking breath with movements, and mindfulness meditation. Release stress and deepen your personal well-being. Looking forward to seeing you in class!

Please Note: There will be no class on August 14, August 21 and September 11. (7 classes)

Bring to Class:

Please bring your own yoga mat to class.

No yoga experience necessary.

Optional to bring 1 or 2 yoga blocks.
