Please note: This session will have 7 Classes. 


Balance, strength, and stability are essential components of physical fitness and overall
well-being. Each of these elements plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy body
and improving performance in various activities, sports, and daily tasks.
Class will focus on Lower Body and Core strength incorporating balance and stability
exercises to help improve daily functionality and enhance your workout routine. Lets get
balanced and strong!
